Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Ice Cream


Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients:

1 cup Whole Milk
2 cups Heavy Cream
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup chopped Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups
1 large slice of Cheesecake (chopped)

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix together the milk and sugar with an electric beater until combined (about 2 minutes).
2. Mix in the heavy cream and vanilla.
3. Turn on your Ice Cream Maker and slowly pour in your creamy mixture.
4. Run the machine for 25 minutes.
5. Add in the chopped peanut butter cups and let the machine run for 2 minutes.
6. Add in the chopped pieces of cheesecake and let the machine run for 3 minutes.
7. Put in a plastic container with a lid for at least an hour to firm up.
8. Enjoy!
