1 Vidalia onion per person
3 pieces of bacon per onion
1 Tbs. of butter
Salt and pepper
1. Peel and gently core out the top part of the onion.
2. Wrap the onion with your bacon and pin closed with a toothpick.
3. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper over each onion.
4. Place your pad of butter on the top of the onion
5. Wrap onion in foil and bake on a cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 415 F for 40 minutes.
